We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Order processing

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive your order number on the confirmation page after checkout.

Delivery timelines

• Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote or hard-to-reach PIN codes may take a little longer.
• Timelines are estimates — courier delays due to weather, strikes or other events beyond our control can occasionally occur.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge for your order is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees. All orders are prepaid via secure online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking).

Tracking your order

You can track your order any time on our Track Order page using your order number and phone number. Once your order ships, tracking details from the courier are linked there as well.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, or the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours at contactgadgethouse@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how returns and refunds work.
