About us

Gadget House sells mobile accessories and everyday electronics — tempered glass, back covers, chargers, cables and related products — with delivery across India.

Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product you ordered turns out to be unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation with an order number.
• Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or banking details.
• All orders are prepaid — we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
• If an online payment fails or is not completed, any amount debited is automatically refunded by Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
• We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be delivered to the given address; any amount paid will be fully refunded.

Shipping, cancellations & returns

Delivery timelines and charges are covered in our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Warranty

Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty is provided and serviced by the manufacturer as per their terms. Physical damage, liquid damage and misuse are not covered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders, or scraping content. All content on this site (text, images, logos) belongs to Gadget House or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
